At Attachy, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Our warranty policy is designed to offer you peace of mind while protecting our business interests. This policy outlines the coverage, limitations, and process for warranty claims.
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty Period:
1-Month warranty: Covers most products
2-Month warranty: Applies to products sold in European countries.
Parts Coverage: Damaged or defective parts are covered under warranty for up to 30 days. This coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Warranty Process
Initial Troubleshooting: We recommend contacting our customer support team at contact.attachy@gmail.com during business hours for assistance.
Proof of Defect: Customers must provide video evidence demonstrating the issue to process a warranty claim. This helps us accurately diagnose the problem.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be provided to qualify for warranty service. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
3. Warranty Limitations
Non-Covered Issues: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the product instructions.
Replacement Policy: If a defect is found and covered under warranty, we will replace the item with the same model only. We do not offer upgrades or exchanges for different models.
Return of Defective Items: To keep the warranty valid, the defective product must be returned to us using the provided return address label. Failure to return the defective product will void the warranty.
4. Warranty Validity
Customer Limitation: The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Attachy.
Geographic Limitation: The warranty program is available only to customers within the United States and European countries where applicable.
5. Final Provisions
Shipping of Replacement Products: Replacement products will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available at the customer's expense and only for approved claims.
Liability Disclaimer: Attachy shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the product or any breach of warranty.
