Return & Refund Policy

At Attachy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes plans change, and things may not work out as expected. To accommodate your needs while protecting our business, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem! If you need to cancel your order, simply let us know before it ships by sending an email to contact.attachy@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot recall it. However, if you contact us quickly, we can still ensure a smooth cancellation process and promptly process your refund.
2. Product Return
We offer a 30-day return window!
If you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that this policy only applies to products purchased directly from our official website.
Here’s what we ask:
Condition of Items: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the manufacturer’s factory seal and original packaging.
Hygiene Items: Due to health and safety regulations, certain products such as breast pumps, accessories, and personal hygiene items cannot be returned unless they are still sealed in their original packaging and meet all other return criteria.
Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance. Simply contact us at contact.attachy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain approval.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original order’s shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Products marked with clearance prices or purchased during promotional sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.
Time Limitation: If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. How to Return a Product
Returning Your Product:
Let's Start the Process: Send an email to contact.attachy@gmail.com to check if your return is eligible. Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
Provide Details: When contacting us, include your order number, order date, and a brief explanation for the return. This helps us process your request efficiently.
Approval and Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item back. The return address will be included on the return label provided.
Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely according to our instructions and ship it to the address provided. We recommend insuring the shipment for added peace of mind.
Label Clearly: Don’t forget to write your order number on the outside of the package for easy identification.
Timely Shipping: You have 30 days from initiating the return to ship the item back. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
4. Important Notes
30 Days of Flexibility: You have a full 30 days to return your purchase, no questions asked, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.
Keep It New and Original: Returned products must be unused and remain in their original, unopened, and intact packaging. We cannot accept products that show signs of wear, damage, cleaning, or alteration. Don’t forget to include any complimentary gifts when returning the package.
Inspection Upon Return: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to determine if they meet the criteria for return. If the item does not meet these criteria, it will not be eligible for a refund, and the product may be destroyed.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original order’s shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Process
We got your return: Once you send out the return, monitor the tracking information. Once the item is delivered to us, let us know by emailing contact.attachy@gmail.com, and we’ll process your refund request.
Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within three days.
Still waiting? If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact.attachy@gmail.com for further assistance.
6. About the Shipping Fee and Tax
Transparency is Key: Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
When returning an item, remember: You’ll cover the return shipping cost, and the original order’s shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary, whether it's for a different size, style, or due to a quality issue. Our Exchange Policy is designed to provide a clear and fair process while protecting the interests of both our customers and our business.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in its original condition. This includes the manufacturer’s factory seal and all accessories or complementary items that came with the product.
Time Frame: You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your product. After this period, we cannot process exchanges unless the product has a verified quality issue.
Quality Issues: If your product has a verified quality issue, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that after the 30-day window for unconditional returns, the unconditional return option will no longer be available.

3. Conditions and Limitations
Non-Exchangeable Situations: We do not cover exchanges for products that are damaged due to misuse, rough handling, unauthorized disassembly, repairs, modifications, or exposure to liquids (e.g., water or milk). Additionally, normal wear and tear over time is not covered under our exchange policy.
Hygiene and Safety Products: Certain products, such as breast pumps and personal hygiene items, can only be exchanged if they are still sealed in their original packaging and meet all other return criteria.
